Green Chutney

IMAGERY:


INGREDIENTS:
Curry leaves - 2 to 3 spring
Mint leaves - 1/2 fist full
Coriander leaves - 1/2 fist full
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Red chili - 2
Urad dal - 1 sp
Chana dal - 1 sp
Salt -  to taste
For Tempering:
Oil - 2 sp
Mustard seeds - 1 sp
Urad dal - 1/2 sp

PREPARATION:
  • Heat a spoon of oil in a wok and add urad dal, chana dal and red chili. Saute well till it turns golden brown.
  •  Add the green leaves and saute so that it gets shrunk and then add coconut.
  •  Add the required salt and blend it in a blender by adding the required water.
  • Temper it with sputtered mustard and sauted urad dal in oil.

Green chutney ready :-)
