INGREDIENTS:
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Green Chili - 2-3 (As required)
Urad dal - 3 sp
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Tamarind - small goose berry size
Oil - 1 sp
For seasoning:
Mustard seeds - 1 sp
Urad dal - 1 sp
Oil - 2 sp
PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a wok and add urad dal. Saute till golden brown.
- Now add coriander leaves and green chili. Saute well.
- Add coconut and tamarind. Saute a little.
- Grind it into a fine paste.
- Season the chutney with sputtered mustard and fried urad dal.
- Coriander chutney ready. Best serve with hot dosa and idli
