IMAGERY:
Butter fruit is nothing but the Avocados. In Tamil they call it as Vennai Pazham. This fruit has no specific taste and so it blends with any taste which you add to it. It can be used to prepare parathas, milkshakes and even chutney, as it blends with all tastes.
I just wished to give a try as my dad use to tell me about butter fruit paratha whenever we go to juice junction. Gave it a try and the result was tender soft parathas.
INGREDIENTS:
Butter fruit - 1 medium sized
Green chilies - 2 finely chopped
Coriander Leaves - finely chopped
Wheat Flour - 250 g
Water - 3/4 tumbler
Oil - as needed
Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Butter fruit Parathas ready to serve.
