Coriander Pulav

IMAGERY:


INGREDIENTS:
To Grind:
Coriander leaves
Green Chilies - 3
Ginger
Garlic - 4 to 5 pieces

Others:
Bay Leaf ( not in the pic)
Cloves
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Cashew nuts
Chopped Onion -1
Oil
Rice - 1 3/4 cups
Salt to taste
water

PREPARATION :
Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste.

  • Heat oil in the cooker.
  • Add Bay Leaf, Cloves, Cardamom and Cinnamon.You get a nice aroma. Then add chopped onion and fry till it becomes transparent.
  • Now add the paste to this and let it boil a little.
  • Add rice and then add 5 cups of water
  • Add required salt and mix well.
  • Pressure cook the pulav.
Coriander Pulav ready to serve......
