PREPARATION :
- Heat oil in the cooker.
- Add Bay Leaf, Cloves, Cardamom and Cinnamon.You get a nice aroma. Then add chopped onion and fry till it becomes transparent.
- Now add the paste to this and let it boil a little.
- Add rice and then add 5 cups of water
- Add required salt and mix well.
- Pressure cook the pulav.
