INGREDIENTS:
Potato - 3
Finely Chopped Carrot - 1
Finely Chopped beans - 5 or 6
Finely chopped Cauliflower- 1 cup
Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
Finely Chopped Green chilies - 3
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masal Powder - 1 tbsp
Chapathi dough
Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- Clean the cauliflower in water by adding turmeric powder and salt.
- After cleaning cook the florets in boiling water and then chop them well.
- Pressure cook the potatoes, carrot and beans.
- Peel the skin and mash the potatoes along with the cooked carrot, beans, cauliflower, coriander leaves, green chilies. coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt.
- Make small balls for stuffing.
- Take a small ball of chapathi dough and flatten it a little.
- Keep the stuffing and fold the flattened dough from all sides as shown.
- Press it after stuffing and flatten it with the rolling pin.Let the parathas be little thick. Donot flatten it much as it will tear the parathas.
- Heat the frying pan and cook te parathas over both sides by greasing with a drop of oil.
Stuffed Parathas are ready to serve. Best served with thick curd.
