Stew

  IMAGERY:




INGREDIENTS: 

Boiled and Mashed Potatoes - 4 to 5
Chopped Onions - 1
Ginger garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chilies - 2
Curry Leaves
Cinnamon
Cloves
Cardamoms
Pepper
Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup

Serves 4 to 5

PREPARATION:

  • Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds and allow to sputter.
  • Add Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamoms, Pepper and fry a little
  • Then add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and curry leaves.
  • When it becomes translucent add the mashed potatoes and mix them
  • Now add the coconut milk, salt to taste ,and allow it to get the thick consistency (not too thick) over a medium heat. 
Best served with Aapam ..
