Boiled and Mashed Potatoes - 4 to 5
Chopped Onions - 1
Ginger garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chilies - 2
Curry Leaves
Cinnamon

Cardamoms

Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup

PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds and allow to sputter.
- Add Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamoms, Pepper and fry a little
- Then add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and curry leaves.
- When it becomes translucent add the mashed potatoes and mix them
- Now add the coconut milk, salt to taste ,and allow it to get the thick consistency (not too thick) over a medium heat.
