I have always seen my mom preparing aloo bonda/potato bonda. Just wanted to make a change.
So I cooked carrot and mashed as how we do the potatoes and prepared Aloo Gajar Bonda.
On a cool evening hot bondas with spicy chutney will always be awesome...
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes - 2 Mediun Sized
Carrots - 2
Finely Chopped Green chili - 2
Finely chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Asafoetida
Bajji-Bonda mix - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

PREPARATION:
- Boil the potatoes and carrots.
- Peel the potato skin and mash both the potatoes and carrots.
- Add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Take the Bajji-bonda mix and add water to prepare the batter.
- Mean while heat the oil in frying pan.
- Make small balls of the potato-carrot mix and dip into the batter.
- Let the ball be coated with the batter and deep fry in the oil until golden brown.
