Chettinad kuzhi Paniyaram

INGREDIENTS: 
Dosa batter – 1 cup

Onion - 2

Green Chili - 3

Mustard seeds – 2 tsp

Coconut – 1/2 cup

Urad Dal – 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Coconut oil – 2 tsp

PREPARATION
  • Heat the wok and add oil followed by mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds sputter, add the urad dal and sauté till golden brown.


  • Now add the chopped onions and green chilies and sauté well till the onions turn translucent.
          Add little salt while frying the onions so that it’ll add little more taste to the dish.
 
 
  • Once when the onions are done, add the grated coconut and give it a fry.
 
  • Add the required salt for this mixture and then add this to the dosa batter.
  • Mix it well and make small paniyarams. 

Spicy Chettinad Kuzhi Paniyaram ready.....
