INGREDIENTS:
Dosa batter
– 1 cup

Green Chili

Mustard
seeds – 2 tsp
Coconut –

Urad Dal – 2
tsp
Salt to
taste
Coconut oil
– 2 tsp
PREPARATION:
- Heat the wok and add oil followed by mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds sputter, add the urad dal and sauté till golden brown.
- Now add the chopped onions and green chilies and sauté well till the onions turn translucent.
- Add the required salt for this mixture and then add this to the dosa batter.
