To Grind:
Pudhina (Mint leaves) - 2 fist full
Coriander leaves - few
Green Chilies - 3
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Others:
Bay Leaf ( not in the pic)
Cloves
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Cashew nuts
Chopped Onion -1
Chopped Potato - 1
Oil
Rice - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Water ( As you prefer for the rice you use) - 6 cups
PREPARATION:
Finally add 6 cups of water and pressure cook the pulav.
Pudhina Pulav is ready to serve :-)

PREPARATION:
- Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in the cooker. Add Bay Leaf, Cloves, Cardamom and Cinnamon.
- You get a nice aroma. Then add chopped onion, cashews and fry till it becomes transparent.
- Now add the paste to this and then add the chopped potato.
- Add rice and fry such that the rice is coated with the mixture.
- Add required salt and mix well
Pudhina Pulav is ready to serve :-)
